Amsterdam-based recording/ performing artist G.T. Thomas is a one-woman-show, thoughtfully rearranging the self-produced tracks off her album “I Am a Highlighter Pen” for her live solo act on bass, synth, drum machine, and voice – which she plays simultaneously (no computers, no backing tracks, no loopers). Additionally, on special occasions she creates minimalist, meditative excursions that enhance her electropop-oriented songs, using her semi-modular synth system.
